Makeup Class:

✅ How to Qualify

  • To be eligible for a makeup, absences must be submitted by 11:59 PM the night before your class.
    (Example: Tuesday at 4 PM = submit by Monday at 11:59 PM)
    Credits for late submissions may still appear in your account, but they will not be honored and may be removed.

  • Submit your absence through the Parent Portal only.
    (We don’t schedule makeups through email or phone)

🔁 Makeup Rules

  • Makeups expire after 30 days.

  • Schedule makeups up to 1 week in advance.

  • Must be currently enrolled to use them.

  • Once booked, a makeup is considered used—no rescheduling of makeups.

🧭 How to Schedule a Makeup

  1. Go to Parent Resources > Parent Portal on our website OR click here: parent portal

  2. Log in with your email and password (or use “Forgot Password” to reset).

  3. From the menu, select Absences & Makeups.

  4. Submit a future absence OR scroll to Past Absences and click Schedule Makeup.

  5. Choose from available options and confirm!

⏰ Makeups must be scheduled at least 3 hours before class—after that, the option disappears.

A note on our policy:

Because we maintain a very low 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio, each child’s enrollment reserves a dedicated seat and teacher attention every week. This makes it challenging to offer makeups, as there’s limited space in each class. Our makeup system only works when families notify us in advance—so we can free up that spot for another student to use.
Makeup classes are not guaranteed and are offered as a courtesy when space allows, in appreciation for families who notify us of absences in advance.
